The JBL Synthesis SCL-6XL two and a half way in wall loudspeaker delivers high performance across medium and large rooms. Built with a patented 2415 INV one and a half inch high frequency compression driver, the speaker utilizes a High Definition Imaging horn geometry. This specialized driver configuration operates alongside quadruple six and a half inch cast frame woofers featuring Advanced Aluminum Matrix cones.

A two and a half way crossover network manages the frequencies with precision. This engineering allows for vertical or horizontal orientation during a sound system setup without creating the acoustic lobing issues common in traditional loudspeaker designs. For advanced installations, dual sets of gold plated, spring loaded binding post input terminals facilitate bi wiring or bi amplification configurations.

This model functions exceptionally well as a left, center, or right channel behind an acoustically transparent projection screen in medium sized rooms.
