If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, our team is here to help you find the right solution or process a hassle-free refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our online Return Center to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item back in its original manufacturer's packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or your own carrier label to the outside of the box, ensuring the RA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the equipment to confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
